PRINCE2® PractitionerPurpose
The Practitioner is the second of the two PRINCE2® examinations which is taken once you have successfully passed the Foundation exam. You are required to pass this exam to become a recognised PRINCE2® Practitioner which is aiming to measure whether a candidate is able to apply PRINCE2® to the running and managing of a project within an environment supporting PRINCE2® (which is now based on 7 high level principles). |
Content
All delegates will be presented with a specific project scenario in order to learn the practical application of PRINCE2®. Detailed explanations of the processes, components, techniques and their relationships forms the bulk of this Module. Exam technique and format will also be covered in order to maximise the chances of passing the Practitioner Examination.
The Exam is Open-Book (only the PRINCE2® Manual is allowed) and consists of 9 questions, with a scenario background and appendices. Each of the 9 questions worth 12 marks and an overall score of 59 out of a possible 108 is required to pass (55%).
The duration of the exam is two and a half (2.5) hours. |
