PRINCE2^® Foundation

Purpose

The 3-day PRINCE2 training course is designed to provide you with a working understanding of the PRINCE2 structured project management method, to a level where the delegate can operate more effectively within an organization where PRINCE2 is the Project Management methodology of choice or a specific project being executed using the PRINCE2 Project Management Methodology.

Content

All the PRINCE2 components are introduced (see diagram below). The candidates will sit the PRINCE2 Foundation exam which is a multiple-choice paper consisting of 75 questions (5 questions are trial and not counted) with the pass rate being 50% (35 correct answers out of 70 ).

The duration of the exam is one (1) hour.
